FAQ

Can I request a quote for a cake?

All of our cake prices and sizing information is listed HERE.  Cupcake prices are listed HERE.

How can I place an order?

Orders can only be placed over the phone or in store. A 50% deposit will need to be paid (cash or card in store or over the phone with a credit card) before your order can be confirmed.
We will not hold a place for you unless a deposit is paid.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

Some dates (particularly weekends) do book out well in advance, so you should always try to provide as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
We tend to reach capacity for celebration cakes roughly around a month ahead, but that isn’t a guarantee!!
Cupcake orders are usually more flexible.

Please book in all orders with a deposit payment AT LEAST ONE WEEK prior to your order date. Sometimes we can squeeze an order in with less notice, but be prepared to grovel.  😉
A deposit must be paid to secure a booking.

Do you make gluten free/vegan/egg free cakes?

Unfortunately not. The Miss Sprinkles kitchen uses wheat flour, eggs, milk and nuts. We are therefore unable to make any allergy-friendly products.

Do you deliver?

No, we do not currently offer delivery.

Which cake flavours do you offer?

Please see our list of flavours HERE Any of our cupcake flavours can also be made as a whole cake.

How should I store my cake/cupcakes?

Miss Sprinkles cupcakes will always keep best at room temperature. The refrigerator can dry them out, so this should be avoided. If you have leftovers, they will last 3-4 days if kept in an airtight container at room temperature.

Celebration cakes can be stored in the fridge to keep them looking their best, but are best eaten at room temperature, so take them out an hour or so before eating.

How can I best transport my cake?

Your cake will come boxed, and is best transported on the floor of your car (Car seats are tilted and are not a good option). Do not leave your cake in a hot car!
